Dungeons and Dragoons Series Update
Hello Dreamers,
I owe everyone a huge apology for being so delinquent with posts and updates. Life has gotten extremely busy this year, but I’m going to make more of an effort to keep everyone updated. So, let’s get into everything I need to say.
First off, thank you all for the continued support and for reading my stories! I truly appreciate everyone who has stuck with the series and continues to follow Kaiden’s journey.
Book 5 ended up being a little shorter than I had originally wanted. I didn’t want to miss the release date, though, so I had to condense things a bit. Unfortunately, I’m not a very fast writer, and I only have so much time to work with between my 9-to-5, family, personal obligations, and everything else life throws my way. If I ever achieve the dream of being able to write full-time, you can definitely expect a lot more pages—and a lot sooner!
I haven’t started Book 6 yet, but I’m hoping to get going by the end of this month or sometime next month. I’d love to have it ready for a holiday release in December 2026, but I can’t say yet whether that’s achievable. More importantly, I want to make sure I give myself enough time to properly flesh out the next book rather than rushing to hit a particular date. I can promise, however, that I’m planning for Book 6 to be longer than Book 5.
As for how much of the series is left, that will depend somewhat on how far I get into the story with Book 6. I already know the ending and where everything is ultimately headed, but paving the road to get there can sometimes take longer—or shorter—than expected. As of right now, I’m expecting Dungeons and Dragoons to end with either Book 7 or Book 8.
I’m not a fan of keeping a series going forever just for the sake of continuing it. I want Dungeons and Dragoons to reach the ending I’ve envisioned and hopefully leave everyone satisfied with the journey. I already have ideas for at least two other series I’d love to write afterward, but I won’t start either of them until I can envision their endings as well. For now, they’re only in the brainstorming phase because I want my full attention to remain on Dungeons and Dragoons and giving this series the proper ending it deserves.
Thank you again to everyone who has stayed with me, supported the books, and continued reading. It means more than you know. Stay tuned because I’ll have more updates to share as we get closer to Book 6!
Catch you in the pages,
P.R. Ramos
